Connecting people and human relations are passions of ours.‍ Throughout my career I have always been involved in building teams and creating great places to work. I am a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and have followed the CIPD career path to be an expert in HR and People Development. Geko was founded on the 29th February 2020, and since launch we have placed 100's of people in new roles, and have an ever growing client portfolio that we are proud to partner with. We support our clients to not only attract and hire the right people, but also help them retain them, by creating human-centric experiences as part of the Employee Journey. At the core of our values are diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and we choose to partner with clients that are on a journey to create great inclusive environments for their people.

I am a seasoned business owner having worked in a number of different industries over the years, gathering experience to build businesses from the ground up. When Geko was founded, I truly believed in the mission to support companies to build great workplaces that people want to work in. We are passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and being a part of something that makes a real difference to companies and people that work there is really rewarding. I completed my MBA in 2021 and joined Geko full-time as a co-founder.

I'm passionate about pairing people with a workplace that's a great fit for them. I think it's important to feel both excited and at ease at work since it's such a big part of our lifes.
While studying international business and marketing, I had to take couple of introduction to Human Resource courses that really lit the spark for my passion for the importance of creating great workplace environments. I understand that human relations are the most important factor regarding the workplace and we strive to support our clients in creating great workplaces being want to be in.
I'm currently finishing my BSc degree in marketing and international business with plans to take my masters in HR management

Having experience in Human Resources and Hiring and with a focus on Technology and Innovation, meant that joining Geko was perfect fit. I am super passionate about getting to know whats important to people to help them make the right move in their career.
I moved to Iceland in 2017 and brought with me good experience working in project management, strategy, and learning and development. In Poland I worked for one of the biggest IT Service companies and my international experience and different lens has proved to be of good value in Iceland. Supporting our clients on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion is fundamental to my core values and believes.
